Quick Apply Full-time 10 days ago Full Job Description The Project Manager will assist primarily work on pre-launch projects to ensure all project details are confirmed for a smooth transition into active project status.
This position will also support Project Managers with project schedules, expenses & budgets, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, safety, quality, documentation, client interface, and field-based activities to execute Commercial & Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) solar racking installation projects.
Subcontractor Management - Recruitment and vetting of new subcontractors to use on projects.
Development of subcontractors; Administration of subcontractors - contract, SOW, project timelines Project Management - Assist Project Managers as need on projects; may even be assigned smaller projects Project Administration - Assist with yearly job cost tracking; Vendor management for equipment and labor services; ProCore software - utilization of software to its full potential Personnel Management - Assist HR with recruitment, orientation, training, and temporary employees Education /
Experience:
A background in a construction-related industry preferred, but not required.
Ability to learn and understand our role in the construction lifecycle and effectively manage relationships and projects accordingly.
A high attention to detail and a keen ability to function in a constantly changing environment which requires rapidly shifting priorities.
A degree in a related field which is supportive of the role is strongly preferred, but not required.

$55,000.
