5-10 years' of full spectrum recruiting experience (agency/sourcing experience advantageous). Risk taker - someone who is innovative and does not settle for the status quo. Conversely, this person should be thoughtful and reflective on their approach/delivery, always striving to improve and streamline our processes and procedures. Ability to work as part of a team, but also the insight to know when to act. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Drive short term tactics with extraordinary organizational skills. Experience in markets including sales and big data companies utilizing newer technology is an asset. Experience working with Workday or similar talent management system is preferred. Familiarity with Avature/ Phenom, an advantage and proficiency using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn is required. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, with competing priorities. Impact You'll Make:
At TransUnion, our Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing strong partnerships with all internal clients and candidates alike. This role drives all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing candidates, and negotiating offers. We are highly motived, energetic and adaptive to changes within the business on strategic hiring initiatives. You will forge excellent relationships with various hiring managers throughout the organization. Ability to execute, and implement hiring plans with business leaders and Talent Acquisition partnership. Consult with internal HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and Business Leads on latest recruiting trends. Handle a requisition load of 10-15 positions (full spectrum recruiting from entry level to senior roles, varying from operations, sales, product roles, IT, analytics and management etc.). Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including coordination of interview scheduling, background checks and onboarding. Negotiate offers of employment. Stay up to date on the latest technologies and have a strong interest in emerging recruitment trends, leveraging social media and our talent acquisition systems. Proactively pipeline candidates and create a network for niche roles. Support new employee onboarding in partnership with our HR Analyst. Manage and continue to enhance the end-to-end candidate experience. Partner with HRBP on compensation recommendations. Manage existing and new partnerships with agencies for relevant roles. Ensure data and systems accuracy. Adhere to the hiring timelines and budgets. Accommodation is available, including for applicants with disabilities, in accordance with applicable laws.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
